1The leaves are falling,Yesterday’s dew, white frosting,The heart longs to share. 2I sit cross legged, savoring deep cleansing breaths, eyes closed sight clearing. 3The Buddha dreaming, waiting for the world to wake,I open one eye.

The Three Marks of Existence

Impermanence: In awe and wonder, snowflakes melting on my tongue, winter leads to spring Non-Self: Expecting the self, the river reflects us all, moonlight has wisdom. Dukkha: Our communitylifts life’s burdens from our hearts.now Sukha remains.
